Postage and Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day, but please note that shipment times are estimates and we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Please be aware orders received after 11am on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
We will send you an email confirming the your order, then a further email confirming despatch, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order and tracking details if applicable.
**IMPORTANT: Please note, due to the current COVID19 situation, we ask for your patience and understanding at this time, we will always do our best to get your goodies out to you as fast as possible but cannot control delays with the postal services**
We currently only ship to the UK and Europe. We hope to extend this further soon.

We do our best to provide you with as fast a service as possible, but we are only human and sometimes delays can occur.
If you think your parcel is late, please check your emails for a dispatch date and maybe give it a couple of days we really do appreciate your patience.
If you do this and it really does seem to be going via snail mail please follow these steps:
1: Check the delivery address of the order.
2: Check that you have not been left a card through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
